Lijo is Head of CSR of Synergy Marine Group and Executive Trustee at Synergy Educational and Charitable Trust. He is an alumnus of the Yale University and Robert Bosch Foundation. His climb of the Mt Everest has been published in Malayalam (a regional Indian language) by DC Books.
He is a graduate of the Naval College of Engineering and the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. He is also a Fellow at the Institution of Engineers.
